Webinars are fast becoming a valuable tool for reaching people around the globe for those of us who have become privy to the ever growing market of webinars we know they’re very effective!
I have launched into the world of Webinars with an innovative approach, which has led me to design my own program allowing even a complete beginner to run their own Webinars and to help build a successful business faster and more cost effective.
HERE I HAVE OUTLINED A FEW TIPS FOR ORGANISING AND RUNNING A SUCCESSFUL WEBINAR……………
1. Make sure potential speakers are booked in and you have a registration process so you have an idea of how many clients will be attending the Webinar.
2. The time you decide to conduct your Webinar is crucial you should keep in mind that your audience might be national so if you run your Webinars in the mid afternoon, people from all time zones can attend.
3. Make sure your speakers are interesting and informative, remember you are competing with all other distractions that your clients have to deal with on a daily basis; it takes more motivation for a potential client to attend a Webinar.
4. You must develop a marketing strategy that works to advertise your Webinar effectively, this may call for you to be creative and find what works for your niche.
5. A good conferencing vendor is essential; it must be able to handle your volume.
I offer a more in depth Webinar Program for my students combining my knowledge and experiences in the industry, I believe my one on one approach makes it an easy learning experience and I have had a huge amount of success coaching others on how they too can break into the New Age Of Webinars.

I am receiving heaps of emails from students and general webinar organisers that would have Gary Halbert rolling around in his grave, screaming “you call that copywriting?”
As a webinar organizer you are competing for a customers attention with so many products, people and events.
So I always ask myself this question when setting up and inviting people to a webinar.
What is the one thing that is going to make every single prospective attendee miss their child’s graduation ceremony, their 25 year wedding anniversary or a late night booty call after a hard days work? …. just to be on your webinar?
Whether you are doing a free webinar or a paid webinar… you must engage the prospect, because even after they register there is an average 50% drop off.
